- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I scheduled an appointment last Monday for friday at 10am. When I got there a representative took my form and told me i had to schedule for tomorrow because of I didn't have an IP what the lier didn't realize is i already talked to the IRS and his office about a mail in. When i finally told him that more than once he finally said i needed to be rescheduled because they scheduled me with a lady that was not going to be there. So they had 4 days to tell him this and choose not to. I took off work and and structured my day around this. These guys are liers and unprofessional. Funny because monday they told me H&R block was the unprofessional ones.By Jesse Stream, December 15, 2016
