- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wells Fargo SUCKS! Do not waste your time or money on this bank! Have been a loyal customer for many years and they can't even help me the few times I ask. Every time I need help regarding a fee they always say they cannot help or give a reason as to why they can't help, only that things are done systematically and can't be reversed. I have gone to several Wells Fargo Banks and they are all the same! Even if you are not working and have no way to pay again they will NOT help! What a waste of years of loyalty for 2 or 3 issues to occur ever in my 10 + years of banking with them to receive no help not even with any of there supervisors.By Bianca b, May 17, 2017
